Check In

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.
Passengers must present themselves at check-in with their Confirmation Reference, valid Passport (6 months) and visa (if needed).
Passengers are responsible to ensure all necessary documentation is valid and acceptable to immigration authorities at the destination.
We reserve the right to refuse travel to any Passenger whose documents do not appear to be in order; who arrive late at check-in or the boarding gate or who refuse to follow the set out rules of the airline e.g., excess baggage payment. Should any of these occur we will not make any refund or provide any alternative flight.
Passengers failing to check-in by the required minimum check-in times above will not be accepted for travel and will lose their seats. 


Please ensure to be at the gate 30 minutes before departure time to retain your place.
Boarding door will close 10 min before departure time.
If travelling with children, you are welcome to get on board first. Please contact us at the gate and we will help you.

Denied/No show boarding

Passengers failing to board by the required minimum boarding time above will not be accepted for travel and will lose their seats. We regret that Passengers who fail to board within the times specified will not be entitled to a refund, credit or free transfer of flights.
Passenger luggage will be removed from aircraft and kept with the company until passenger claims it back.

Special Needs

Unaccompanied minors
Children from 5 to 12 years old inclusive require an obligatory special request and a special charge applies. (75$ per way per pax) (Approval of passport authorities from parents) Under age passenger from 13 years to 17 years old inclusive require an (Approval of passport authorities from parents) no charge is applied.

Pregnant women
In case of pregnancy you will be accepted up to and including 34th week of pregnancy. For pregnancy beyond 34 weeks, mothers may be accepted provided a written certificate from attending physician that affirms no medical objection against that particular journey.

Physically Challenged
Upon completing your reservation, and in case you need special assistance during your journey, you are required to notify your booking office (either travel agency, Nakhal & Cie sales offices, or Call Center: +961 (0)1 389 389; E-mail: [email protected]). Wheelchair have to be booked at time of reservation. Otherwise we will not be able to provide you with the required assistance.

Note: it is not allowed for physical challenged to select their seat on front row.

N.B: On the day of your travel, we recommend that you are at the airport at least 3 hours before your departure time.

Passengers with Reduced Mobility
Upon your request, we will provide you with a wheelchair free of charge. Please make sure you inform us of this either during or after booking.
Whenever a wheelchair is requested, the nature of illness or nature of disability must be clearly advised.
If you want to take your own collapsible wheelchair with you, your wheelchair will be carried in the baggage hold free of charge.
Wheel chair cost is $25 per chair per sector paid at the airport check in counter.

Transportation of live animals 
Transportation of live animals: Cats & Dogs (PETS) are on board whenever country regulations permit.
Passengers should provide securely locked in cages and not exceeding 7 KGS (including container weight). 75$ per pet. (per way).
As for pets exceeding the weight of 7 kg, extra fees per kg will be charged as per the luggage conditions policy.


  • It is the Passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary valid documentation (valid passport and adequate visa if needed) to meet the immigration requirements of their destination.
  • Passenger whose documents do not appear to be in order will have his ticket cancelled with no refund and no alternative flight.


We are not responsible for visa rejection. Ticket booked will not be refunded and no alternative flight will be offered.
